Latex Slave who feel capable of taking a special burden can become MistressDolls. They must have proven to follow the rules and the Way of the LatexDolls. A SlaveDoll must be recommended to the Headmistress by a MistressDoll. If the Headmistress decides that indeed the SlaveDoll has the potential, she allows them to wear the uniform of a MistressDoll. Her old Doll ID is deleted, and she receives a new ID with an M and 2 digits. MistressDolls lead the SlaveDolls, teach them the Way of the LatexDolls, enforce the Rules and obedience and take care of the PrisonDolls. SwitchDolls are SlaveDolls who want to contribute to the Order by teaching and leading, but feel the need to stay in bondage as much as they can. They are allowed to wear the uniform of a MistressDoll, but they retain their SlaveDoll ID. To indicate their current status, they wear an M in front of their ID whenever they switch into a MistressDoll.

NurseDolls are either SlaveDolls or MistressDolls that went on the path of caring the medical needs of the sisterhood. Usually SlaveNurseDolls assist MistressNurseDolls or PriestessDolls in the Hospitals while they do all the needed procedures to keep Sisters in need in a healty condition.

The duties of the NurseDolls include:

• First Aid of Sisters in need until professional help is availible.
• Assisting the MistressNurseDolls and the PriestessDolls
• Cleaning the Hospital Facilities
  

PriestessDolls serve the HeadMistress and the Sisterhood. They promote and protect the Sisterhood and are to ensure the core beliefs of M1 and the sacred Obediences are adhered to by all Sisters. They are selected by the HeadMistress and High Priestess and are subjected to a long training regime in practicl, ceremonial and esoteric aspects of the Sisterhood before being accepted as a Priestess. A Priestess can be selected from any Rank within the Sisterhood, it is the Latex that ultimately chooses.

The duties of the PriestessDolls include:

• Serve the Headmistress
• Preserve of the wisdom around the fields of heritage, medicine, rites and so on.
• Keeping the archives with the records and gene samples of the Order.
• Care the Sanctum of the Order.
• Commune with the spirits of Sisters long past, to seek their wisdom to guide the Sisterhood.
  
• Performance of the order's rites and gatherings in the temples.

The HighPriestessDoll

She is One that went through the path to Priestess rank with an fierce show of belief into the esoteric world of the Sisterhood. In her Position she guides the spiritual and medical wellbeing of the order. At times she could be described as well as Inquisitor because her traditional role forces the duty of making sure all goes the old ways as written in the holy texts on her. She lives and works mainly at the Sisterhood's Temple and her office is one of the first spots where Sisters go when they seek counsel for their souls.

The duties of the HighPriestessDoll include:

• Running the Temple and caring it's maintenance.
• Uphold the old traditions.
  
• Counsel and guide all Sisters in their beliefs and times of need.
• Oversee the birth of new SlaveDolls
• Oversees the selection and trainee of Trainee Priestesses.
